I enjoyed the shuttle service to the town center, it ran frequently. The restaurant offered varied menus and service was always attentive. My room included a modern television and climate control worked perfectly. I appreciate having fresh towels every day. Housekeeping did a great job.
The gym was smaller than expected with limited equipment. I found only two treadmills, so it got crowded at peak times.

the location of the hotel is good. a free shuttle bus did get you to and from town and feels like a party bus coming back in the evening. the pool staff were great.

The shuttle to the city center was available. I thought it was a practical way to get around.
I was disappointed with the room I received, a Double Room. It was smaller than I expected, and I found the bathroom quite cramped, especially the shower. the noise from nearby traffic was noticeable at night, something that disrupted my sleep a bit. The air conditioning was not powerful enough, so the room temperature was uncomfortable.

the air conditioning in the room was not effective, and despite reporting it multiple times, no one addressed the issue! the temperature never went below 24 degrees, apply, twice.
